Delete your account
You can ask us to permanently delete your Mesdoh Finance account (the app published by JetCamer, package com.mesdoh.finance) at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to services@jetcamer.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Mesdoh Finance account”. Include your name and the organization(s) you belong to.
- We confirm it is you by replying to that address. If you cannot use that email, tell us and we will verify you another way.
- We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in credentials and profile (name, email, phone, photo).
- Your membership and directory profile in each organization.
- Files and photos you uploaded, unless your organization needs them (see below).
- Your AI assistant history and your device sessions.
What may be kept
- Financial records (charges, payments, receipts) are kept by the organization and by us as required by tax and accounting law, typically up to 10 years. Your name on these records is anonymized where the law allows.
- Security and fraud-prevention logs are kept for a limited period.
- Backups are overwritten within about 35 days; deleted data is not restored to active use.
If you administer an organization
Deleting an administrator account does not delete the organization. Transfer administration first, or ask us to delete the organization as well; this removes all its members’ data under the same rules above.
